Fujifilm Unveils Instax WIDE Evo: A Blend of Digital and Analog Photography Innovation

Fujifilm India recently announced the release of the Instax WIDE Evo, its newest flagship instant camera. This model merges digital technology with traditional analog-style photography. Scheduled for release in retail outlets and online platforms on February 20, the camera is priced at Rs 47,999. This cost includes a premium edition package that comes with 20 wide-format shots.

Innovative Features and Design

The Instax WIDE Evo is equipped with ten lens effects and ten film effects, which users can mix and match to enhance their photographs. Options include Magenta, Monochrome, Light Leak, and Color Gradient. The camera introduces an innovative Degree Control function that allows for adjusting the intensity of effects on a scale of 100 levels, offering users unparalleled control over their creative output.

The design of the Instax WIDE Evo reflects its advanced functionality. It features a sleek black base complemented by metallic materials, enhancing its luxurious appearance. The camera offers a tactile experience with analog-like interactions. Users can enjoy selecting effects via dials and manually operating a “Print crank” to eject physical prints. Additionally, it supports smartphone printing and allows for shot preview and selection on an LCD monitor.

Pre-Bookings and Additional Offerings

Pre-bookings for the Instax WIDE Evo start on February 4 at Instax.in and select retail locations. Early buyers will receive a complimentary designer film. Alongside the camera, Fujifilm is launching a new WIDE format film named “BRUSHED METALLICS.” This film features a unique metallic-like texture and will be available for Rs 1,299.
